Youth Achievement Awards

Tamezin generally encourages young people to volunteer their time whenever they see a need.

The most recent scheme that has been promoted is the Youth Achievment Awards. This is an initiative of the government that is specifically directed at young people aged between 16 – 24 years old.

The awards are designed to help develop more effective participative practice by encouraging
young people to progressively take more responsibility in selecting, planning and leading activities based on their interests.
